Vivid Windows

We have had our windows for a couple of months now. Things I've noticed: noise reduction (we live on a busy street), temperature in our house has been more even (it used to be hotter on the sunny side), and less dust (the old window had bad seals). They placed our windows in about half a day. Very fast and professional.

Great service and fast workers

Dane come to my dads door to sale some windows. He was very polite, professional and friendly. My dad called me to come listen in. Dane waited patiently until I got there. He started at the beginning and explained everything so we both understood everything. He answered all our questions and made the process very easy to understand. Thanks Dane for all your help!

Outstanding time frame and installation process

They were great to work with. Time frames were what they said. The two installers were awesome. They were done in about 6 hours. They are a great product. I can't believe the difference they make with the outside noise and wind.

We have had a couple window companies come by & they always lose me when they get to the pricing. Nathan gave a great presentation, very informative & was very aware of the problem with other window companies in the area which is affordability. Vivid was very competitive with their pricing coming in at half of our previous quote. The windows are great looking & very high quality. The installation crew was efficient, knowledgeable & just great guys. They went above & beyond with their cleanup. Our windows have been in for a couple weeks now & we couldn't be happier. The noise we had from outside wind & vehicles is non existent now. The house cools down so much faster now & stays cool. The windows operate smooth & easy. Our old ones were a feat of strength to open & close. You don't realize how bad your windows are until you get them replaced. I would highly recommend & have already recommended Vivid windows to anyone. Great prices, knowledgeable staff & installation was a breeze. Thanks!
